Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!


No! There are so many options here at Strong by Siegel:

  • Train in my basement with me! Allow me to create a program for you and do your personal training sessions with me right by your side.
  • If you have the basics at home or want to workout in the comfort of your own space, I totally understand. I can create a program with detailed exercise videos for you to follow along with at home.
  • If you already belong to a gym, or want to, I can create programs for that too! 


Results are individual. We will work together to make your goals attainable and actionable. As your coach, I will be with you along your entire journey checking in on you to keep you accountable and making sure our program is working! 


Not only am I a certified personal trainer, I have also completed hours of study to become further certified in Prenatal and Postnatal fitness. Training before, during and after pregnancy/ birth is very specific and without proper knowledge can sometimes cause more harm than good. Allow me to take the guess work out and provide you with personal training sessions geared toward your goals while improving overall strength, proper core engagement AND protecting your pelvic floor.


Absolutely not! I am a Certified Personal Trainer which means that I can train men or women at all skill and fitness levels. I am only taking female clients because I believe this is an under-served market. I am eager to connect with women on their fitness journey which can be an intimidating process for many. I welcome women of all fitness levels, body types, and goals!


Strong by Siegel is not a pelvic floor therapist. However, by providing a detailed history and assessment we will be able to determine the path that is most suitable for your health and goals. Many times, this does include having a consultation with a Pelvic Floor PT. Other times we are able to provide a program and exercises that are suitable to fit your needs without therapy.
